Bali Somatic Yoga Retreat

April 10 - 17, 2026

A Transformational 7-Day Journey

Reclaim Your Inner Peace in the Heart of Bali

Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of nature, surrounded by lush rice fields and the serene beauty of Bali.

This is more than just a retreat—it’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep healing. Over the course of this 7-day journey, you will immerse yourself in the practice of somatic yoga, learning to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and truly listen to your body.

From sacred water blessings to sound healing in the Pyramids of Chi, every experience is designed to nourish your mind-body, and soul.

You’ll move, breathe, and rest in a way that allows you to return home feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply aligned with yourself.

This is your chance to step away from the noise, reconnect from the inside out, and embrace a journey that will stay with you long after you leave.

Boutique Haven Resort is a fairly-new retreat space created in 2021. Surrounded by rice fields and lush greenery.

What awaits you in Bali…

Besakih Temple, often referred to as the "Mother Temple" due to its status as the most significant and holiest Hindu temple on the island. It is believed to date back over a thousand years, with each temple dedicated to different deities and serving specific ceremonial purposes. Lunch is included in this activity.

Goa Raja Waterfall, is a hidden gem nestled amidst the lush greenery of the island's pristine wilderness. The cascading waters create a refreshing natural pool, inviting you to take a dip and cool off.

Original Balinese Cooking Class in Ubud Bali, offers an opportunity to learn how to cook real Balinese food with local ingredients, with skilled and friendly chef Putu. You will get to channel your inner chef as you learn how to cook an assortment of Balinese dishes. Then enjoy your culinary delights for lunch!

Pyramids of Chi, you will have an ultimate sound healing experience, surrounded by rice fields, inside one of 3 very large Pyramids. The rhythmic frequencies propel you into a deep meditative state, connecting to the chakra system and allowing our bodies to feel, heal, relax & release.

Sacred water temple, the Balinese believe that bathing in these waters is a very healing and spiritual experience. Allowing the perfect opportunity for you to set your intention for the rest of the journey, release and let go of what is no longer serving you. Lunch will be enjoyed at the amazing Tegallalang Rice Terraces.

A Balinese Spa Day, includes a 60 minute Balinese massage, this treatment awakens joy, grace and awareness through the gentle masterful spirit of the professionally trained therapists.

Mala Making, Malas — also known as yoga beads or japa malas — is often used to enhance spiritual practice. They are rooted in Hinduism and Buddhism and are meant to help you focus your mind during meditation.

  • In April, Bali experiences warm, dry weather with average temperatures around 86°F, making lightweight, breathable clothing like loose cotton pants, tank tops, and short-sleeved shirts ideal for a yoga retreat.

Prioritize stretchy, quick-drying fabrics and consider bringing a light cover-up like a sarong for cultural respect when visiting temples.

Here are a few key clothing items to pack for the Bali yoga retreat in April:

    • Bottoms:

      • Lightweight yoga pants (multiple pairs)

      • Yoga shorts

      • Flowy, loose-fitting cotton pants

      • Comfortable shorts for casual wear

    • Tops:

      • Tank tops

      • Loose-fitting T-shirts

      • Sports bras

      • Light, breathable blouses

    • Cover-ups:

      • Sarong

      • Light kimono or kaftan

    Important considerations:

    • Sun protection: Bring a wide-brimmed hat and sunscreen, as the sun can be intense.

Cultural sensitivity: When visiting temples, ensure your shoulders and knees are covered with a sarong or appropriate clothing.

  • Please note this is an alcohol and drug free week. Consider it a detox on all levels.  Take a break from your daily life, habits and distractions. Smoking is also prohibited. Cell phones are discouraged from being used around the group. Loud private phone calls will not be tolerated on property or in vehicles. Please consider this a time to go inward, seriously feel and be with yourself - all of you. If you allow it, this week can be and is meant to be healing + transformational.

“Jacqueline is highly intuitive and shares a wealth of practices that help bring what needs to be healed to the Light. With 8 other women in the retreat who now I'm blessed to call my friends, I still felt seen, heard and understood. Jacqueline is professional, compassionate and teaches with a sense of humor, vulnerability and authenticity. Spiritual healing is not an easy journey, nor a short one, but I highly recommend this retreat if you're seeking to heal your life and transform it.”

Love Notes from Past Retreats

I returned home with applicable tools of self care and self love. I also returned home with a tribe, a group of women we bonded over the experiences offered to us this week. If you are looking to unplug, grow, connect, and tap into your inner wisdom for healing, this is the week to experience it.”

- M.B.

Jacqueline is proficient and experienced in many somatic and yoga approaches that suit different people and experiences. I appreciated every practice she offered. And the bonus is that Ecuador, the villas, and the beach are beautiful! The food was incomparable. This retreat is a MUST!

- F.W.

“The Yoga Therapy Retreat in Ecuador is without a doubt, life changing. This was my first yoga retreat and I am grateful to have participated in this humbling and nurturing experience.  The healthy organic foods, the comfort of the villas and the beautiful excursions were incredible and luxurious but the daily yoga sessions with Jacqueline, triumphs all.”
