  • Of course. Let's set up a call so that I can answer all your questions. Just click the link below to schedule a free call!

  • Not completely. Some of the sessions will include therapeutic Yoga practices and tools for you to do on your own but this program is WAY MORE than the physical practice of Yoga! It's about reconnecting with yourSelf through many avenues.

  • Every group session will be recorded and will be sent out the following day!

  • You have all of the information to refer back to! However you will have limited access to all of the recordings.

  • I will be facilitating each of the weekly group sessions. On top of that, you will access to me through Voxer, so it's really up to you! Voxer is an app we will use to communicate with each other outside of the group sessions and you can also contact me via email at any time! I will also be available for 14 days after the program is complete for further support for your integration.

  • I am an Internationally Accredited Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and a Seasoned and Experienced Yoga Teacher. The majority of this program is informed by the teachings and concepts of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Trauma-Conscious Yoga for at-risk youth/Veterans and Prisoners, Yoga Therapy for Eating Disorders, Prana and Mudras by Joseph LePage, The Science of Slow and Neuroscience of Yoga by Kristin Webber of Subtle Yoga -  are all parts of how I studied over 1,000 hours and trained to become a Certified Yoga Therapist.
