You do not need to be a "Yogi" or have any prior experience with yoga for yoga therapy to be effective. This practice is somatic (body-based), designed to draw you inward, helping you find your own inner peace where your answers reside. It is inclusive and accessible for all.

 How Our Personal Sessions Flow

  1. Before beginning your journey, we’ll start with a complimentary 15-minute call to determine if yoga therapy with me is the right fit for you. This call allows us to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and ensure that we are aligned in our goals and approach.

  2. Then the first session, lasting 75-90 minutes, includes a detailed intake process. We will complete an in-depth intake form together, exploring your physical, emotional, and spiritual goals. This session lays the foundation for our work together, ensuring that each future session is tailored specifically to you.

  3. Each additional 60-minute session is designed to meet you where you are at, meaning no two sessions will be the same.

My objective is to empower women to explore new avenues of learning and to cultivate a sense of trust in their own inner wisdom.
